"Hmmmm!"
Well, I bought a box and broke one out a few nights ago. The construction is excellent like all LGRs. Nice long 2" ash with lots of white smoke. However, I had a more enjoyable smoking experience with his little sister in the 48 ring gauge. Next time I will only barley snip off the cap off and not a 52 guagish cut.

"Satisfying!"
This cigar had great heft...very robust and full-bodied. A little bite in 1st quarter which leveled out after that. Construction and draw were quite good. Coffee grounds were noted with a spicy, peppary finish. Not a lot of change throughout the smoke...and this one lasted well over an hour. Would recommend this one paired with a coffee drink. My friend gave me this to try out. Don't think I'd pay anywhere near $10 a stick for them though. I will rate value based on MSRP. Burn needed correction several times.

"Great one"
This was one of the best La Gloria's I have smoked. Not as strong as the Series R and very flavorful. Took over an hour to smoke, and it was good to the last drop!

"sweet!!"
This was biiled as a medium smoke, but it was more like a Series R to me (which I love). The wrapper was flawless, the draw smooth and delivering lots of smoke. And the smoke.............smooth, rich, all the way to the end. A bit of citrus finish in the first 1/4, black coffee and spice the rest of the way, with peppery finish. DO NOT smoke on an empty stomach!! I will be buying a box, no doubt.

"The secret is out"
This is a great full bodied cigar that you can smoke to the nub. The Ecuadorian wrapper is fragile so be careful when you remove the LGC band. My hat's off to Ernesto Carrillo. Thank you for a cigar that has made the summer of 2005 most enjoyable!

"these are really good"
this cigar is a winner: big, bold, spicey with a nice finish. Bought a box and I could not be happier, I smoked half the box really fast as I kept reaching for these. A fine smoking experience. Occasional awkward burn is only flaw

"I got screwed"
I purchased this cigar from a shop called Smoker's Haven. In this particular shop, they had the crappiest humidor. The cigar was so dry that it only took 45 minutes to smoke to the stub...ugh. I tried it again from a different vendor and omg it was amazing. Amazing flavor. Amazing appearence. Amazing experience. The quintessential masterpiece.

"Worth the money"
As a big fan of the regular LGC's I had to try one of these visually appealing sticks. $9.75?? I didn't care. And I'm glad I made the purchase. The cigar lasted around 1 1/2 hours and it was a big log-o-luv. If you can find these, I recommend. Especially if you enjoy the regular La Gloria's. However, this one was a bit more full-bodied and buzzing the the standard issues.
