Released in 2003, Belinda Black took the classic Belinda name in a decidedly bolder direction. The pitch-black sun-grown Connecticut wrapper covers a blend heavy with Ligero long leaf, pushing the body well past the mild profile of the original line. It was an interesting pivot for the brand and attracted attention from enthusiasts who would not have looked twice at the original Belinda. Like the rest of the Belinda family, it has largely faded from the market.
