Black Works Studio Killer Bee

Black Works Studio was founded in 2015 by James Brown, co-owner of Black Label Trading Company, to showcase unique premium cigars with artisanal construction techniques. The brand is produced at Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua, the factory owned by Brown and his wife Angela. Black Works Studio is known for distinctive features including closed Candela feet, barber pole wrappers, and signature linear cap accents. Many line names reference films and pop culture including NBK (Natural Born Killers), Boondock Saints, Green Hornet, Kato, and S&R (Serpents and Rainbows). The flagship Killer Bee line uses an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper with a signature natural tobacco linear cap accent and closed foot.
