Introduced at the 2003 RTDA show, Cienfuegos takes its name from the Spanish phrase for one hundred fires, a fitting name for a cigar built around a four-year-old Nicaraguan Habanos 2000 wrapper. Made in Honduras and designed to deliver a more robust smoking experience, it brought some genuine intensity to the table backed by well-aged leaf. The name, the aged wrapper, and the bold positioning all made it a memorable release even if it never achieved wide distribution.
