Cuba Aliados Doble Fuerte

Discontinued

Cuba Aliados traces its roots to Rolando Reyes Sr., who began making cigars under the name in Cuba in the 1950s before the revolution forced him to rebuild his operation in Union City, New Jersey, Miami, and eventually Danlí, Honduras, where he established the Puros Indios factory. After Reyes passed away in 2012, the brand eventually changed hands and was acquired by the Vandermarliere family, owners of Oliva Cigar Co., in 2021. Oliva subsequently relaunched the brand through two separate production lines — one made at Julio Eiroa's factory in Honduras as a regular production offering, and a limited edition version crafted by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo at his Dominican Republic factory. The Doble Fuerte designation refers to a larger, fuller expression of the classic blend that Reyes built his reputation on.
