Fonseca Habana Seleccion

Fonseca Habana Seleccion draws on the Cuban heritage of the Fonseca name more directly than most lines in the Dominican portfolio, with a Nicaraguan wrapper and binder over Dominican filler, presenting a more assertive and tobacco-forward profile than the Connecticut shade flagship. Vitola names, including Cadetes, Cosacos, Delicias, Invictos, and Seleccion No. 1, are taken directly from the original Cuban Fonseca lineup, paying homage to the Havana factory's classic sizes. The Cosacos vitola in particular is a nod to the Cuban Fonseca tradition, where that size was famously tissue-wrapped by hand. Five vitolas are available, priced from $2.25 to $4.25.
