Gispert

Gispert is a Cuban-heritage brand with roots in Havana, where it was founded in 1888. The non-Cuban version in this database was produced in Honduras at the La Flor de Copan factory in Santa Rosa de Copan, one of the most respected cigar manufacturing facilities in Central America. The blend draws on Ecuadorian wrapper over Honduran and Nicaraguan filler and a Honduran binder, consistent with La Flor de Copan's house construction approach. Both natural and maduro expressions are offered across the same six vitola sizes, with the maduro versions using a natural wrapper listed as Ecuadorian across both styles. At prices between $2.65 and $3.50, Gispert was firmly positioned as an accessible everyday handmade. The brand has been carried by Imperial Brands in various markets, with La Flor de Copan also producing it for the U.S. market alongside their branded Honduran lines.
