Havana Star is a Honduras-produced blend using a Nicaraguan wrapper over a three-country filler blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Panamanian tobaccos with a Honduran binder. The inclusion of Panamanian leaf in the filler is an uncommon construction detail, as Panama has produced tobacco for centuries but rarely features as a named component in commercially marketed blends.
