Helix is a Honduras-made blend built around Connecticut shade wrapper over a filler blend of Dominican, Honduran, and Brazilian tobaccos with a Mexican binder, offering both natural and maduro expressions. The vitola naming system uses a numerical-letter code corresponding to length and ring gauge, such as X550 for a 5 x 50 robusto and X748 for a 7 x 48 churchill, giving the line a technical, modern identity somewhat different from the classical Spanish naming conventions common to the era. A Super 8 vitola at 8 x 54 is among the larger formats in the lineup, offering an extended smoke at under four dollars. The maduro versions swap to a Connecticut shade or Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over Dominican, Brazilian, and Mexican filler, maintaining the same value-positioned pricing. Nine vitolas total are available across the natural and maduro expressions.
