Henry Clay Honduran

Discontinued

The Henry Clay Honduran is a distinct parallel line to the Dominican maduro Henry Clay, produced at the Flor de Copan factory in Danlí, Honduras, and distributed through JR Cigars and its Santa Clara subsidiary. Where the Dominican version is maduro-only with a rough Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper and an earthy personality, the Honduran takes a cleaner, more polished approach. A Nicaraguan EMS sun-grown wrapper in a reddish rosado hue covers a filler blend of Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Peruvian tobaccos, with a Nicaraguan binder throughout. The Peruvian leaf in the filler adds an unusual and distinct element not commonly found in Honduran-produced cigars, contributing additional complexity to the blend. Five vitolas are offered using classic Cuban vitola names including Dalias and Hermoso, staying true to the Cuban heritage of the Henry Clay brand name while delivering a fully Central American product.
