The Upsetters

The Upsetters is an infused line inspired by Jamaica's reggae and cultural underdog spirit of the 1960s, with vitola names referencing Jamaican music and iconic figures. Each vitola features a different wrapper across Connecticut Shade, Connecticut Broadleaf, Sumatra, and Candela expressions. The filler blend uniquely incorporates Jamaican cow tongue leaf alongside Nicaraguan tobacco, with a Nicaraguan binder throughout. All are enhanced with a Caribbean atmospheric herbal infusion technique developed by Melillo using methods he encountered during his time in Jamaica.
