"I liked it"
Acid cigars are apparently a bit of a taboo but I thought this was pretty nice. It was kind of sweet but would go wonderfully with a dinner. If you dont mind some flavor with your tobacco its not a bad smoke.

"Little less can be good"
I like Acid cigars, but they tend to be a bit over the top on the perfume. This one is less so, which makes it more on target for an aromatic cigar. You must keep this at about 65% rh or you will get uneven burn.
enjoy!
enjoy!

"Good, but Not the ONE"
I'm an Acid Fan and not ashamed to admit it. The One seemed like a median of all the other Acids I've smoked. Which meant it wasn't the best or the worst. Still for the price I'd go for the Cold Tea or Kuba. Very interesting comments by "jonny" in the review before this one. I'll have to try his technique and see if it helps.

"mysterious and awesome"
this cigar is fantastic. i enjoy many of the lines this brand produces. seems a very misunderstood cigar.
ONE does not suffer from poor construction as claimed in other reviews. i find it to be perfectly crafted. only requires a small snip at the mouth which i cut a second time near the finish to avoid any harsh taste from the smoke mixing with saliva that tends to soak these cigars (from being so tasty).
i'd suggest smoking this cigar very slowly, almost letting it go out continuously. the flavor and smell is very complex and mysterious. i'd describe scent as as musky mint. can't even describe flavor. very unique.
love the look and size of the cigar but it is slightly awkward to hold. rather it be box pressed. toward the middle it does flatten enough for a better hold. draw is just right. may burn a little uneven now n then (what cigar doesn't occasionally?) but i think any cigar this gauge or larger should be lit by match or cedar stick so larger flame covers foot more fully. butane lighter is too precise.
just wish these weren't so expensive.

"Interesting.. At Best"
I'm not going to bash Acid for being a flavored cigar brand, that's their "thing" and some people are into it. I've never been a big fan of flavored cigars, and Acid is no real exception, although if I were to smoke a flavored cigar it would undoubtably be an Acid. Of the Acids I've had, One was less of flavored cigar and more along the lines of exotic. I don't know how to describe the flavor outside of sweet, to the point that it bordered unpleasant.

"Acceptable"
Flavor more acceptable here than in the other Acid cigars I've had. Best element is construction, good draw with an even burn.

"Breaking the rules"
MY new favorite. until accidentally stumbling on this one I had had the rule "NO FLAVORED CIGARS". Well Rules were made to be broken even mine.
This has become a weekly pleasure for me.

"awful"
I was gifted one of these recently and was not aware that it was an infused flavor cigar till I smoked it. It was just plan old sweet to the nth degree and it tasted just awful. Not something I would smoke again. AWFUL!!

"Ooops"
Heard it was popular so tried one. They said it was a flavored brand but that it wasn't so noticible in the Acid One. Good burn but all too sweet. Maybe if you like flavored beer or cofee...

"Diet soda in cigar form"
I really enjoyed the Blondie cigar by Acid, so I got one of these, then got another via the Acid sampler tin. I've been smoking cigars for a short time, including other flavored cigars, but this is the worst cigar I've had yet. Maybe if I drank nothing but diet soda, I would feel differently, because all I could taste was saccharine for the first 1/3 of the cigar. After that, it was OK, but I spent the rest of the night trying to get rid of the taste in my mouth. Also, the draw was way too loose. Between that and the taste, I felt like I was smoking a candy straw. I hope the rest of the Acid line that I have in the sampler is better than this. Now I have to figure out what to do with the other one I have...

"Favorite Acid"
This is my new favorite ACID cigar. Perfect burn and draw. It has a sweet taste but not as sweet as the other ACIDs. If you don't like flavored cigars you probably wont like this but I enjoyed it. If you like ACIDs you have to try this one. A little expensive like others in this line.

"Another Disappointment"
Honestly this is one of the worst cigars I have ever had the misfortune of smoking. Just so everyone knows, the kuba kuba is a great cigar in my opinion, so I am obviously not prejudiced towards aromatics. This one didn't live up to my expectations. Burn issues the whole way through(wouldn't stop running away on one side) The taste was far some exceptional as well. This is the acid one to avoid in my opinion.

"A Beautiful Dissapointment."
I was looking forward to this, being a fan of many other Acid cigars, and also a fan of torpedos in general.
It was quite well constructed, even burning, nice ash, prety wrapper, all in all an attractive cigar. It also had a great draw and produced a really nice volume of thick smoke but...
It started off pretty well but then it got nasty about a third of the way in. Bitter, ashy, and I think it actually gave me a headache. It could be that it was just too young, but if that's the case, then it was criminally premature.
If you've got another favorite Acid cigar, I suggest you stick with it, or maybe just smoke the ten dollar bill you would have spent on this thing.

Better then the LIquid and Nasty, but not great. I actually tasted the pureness in the Cameroon wrapper. Constuction was much better then the first four acids I smoked this week. I still like the Blondie.

"One of a Kind?"
This is a hard cigar to peg down. First of all, it looks and smells great and the flavor is certainly in the top 5 of the acid line with spicy notes and probably the overall sweetest Acid I've had. Delicious smoke, even if the flavor isn't as robust and interesting as the Blondie or Earthiness. But damned if it doesn't have construction problems out the wazoo. Unravels, ashes all over the place, smokes unevenly, I had to relight it twice at least, tip feels awkward and I was never comfortable just holding it in my mouth.

"Acid doesnt make bad cigar experiences"
Look, this is not a great full-bodied, medium-heavy, knock-you-on-your-ass cigar. This is a "Im watching sex and the city with my girlfriend" cigar with a sweet tip. Im not trying to say this is a bad cigar by any stretch, this smoke just isnt for someone looking for style, elegance or tobacco smoke. While this may cure a nic-fit for some people, the flavoring is not made to replace the sweet aroma of a cuban, or taste like a spicy kick in the mouth. This particular acid is not overly well constructed, but it knows what its aiming for and isnt pretentous about it. Its sweet, smells like perfume, and has some nicotine in it for those who like to pretend it has class. Great smoke, lots of it, and a fun feeling to it makes this cigar one of the best acids out there

"Nice treat"
The Acid One is a nice treat every once-in-awhile. With the sugar tip and smooth flavor, this cigar can be pleasing. There's a little spice in there and a little earth. In my experience with them the ash burns unevenly as often as not and the wrapper tends to fall apart towards the end of the smoke, but if you can put the cigar snob in you aside and just enjoy the sugary taste as a treat, you won't be dissapointed. A great cigar for a beginner.

"overpriced gimmic"
I started off smoking the Acid line and thought it to be the greatest thing. After smoking a few cao's, punches, and other real cigars I found these just to be a cheap gimmic. The one falls apart dosent hold an ash and like all Acid's has moments of a burnt sugar taste. Ok for a beginner.

"The Jury is out..."
This was my second "One". I thought the first "one"- I smoked about 5 months ago- was subime- although I call BS on it not being treated or infused in anyway (red wine/sangria- whatever aside)- This one definitely has a sugared tip to it. The flavor is quite good. Feels light/spongy: underfilled and the ash falls off like short filler. A very attractive torpedo I must say. A medium bodied cigar. My wrapper unravelled ( I hate that) and at $10 retail- it just shouldn't happen. So I'm torn- a good tasting cigar that has inconsitencies and contstruction problems. I also hate that. I'd better try another one in a couple of months to make a decision.

"Thick Smoke"
The only redeeming quality would be the thick clounds of smoke you can puff with this cigar. Extremely mild but the construction appeared to be a step up from others in this line. Thank god this was the last one in the tin to smoke and rate.

"One is the loneliest number."
I have to say that I had higher hopes for this cigar than what it turned out to be. I liked the Cameroon wrapper and the flavor was very nice, but it wasn't really in the same ballpark as other Acids. I liked the smoke, but I could have saved money and bought a La Aroma de Cuba or something which has about the same amount of body. I just wasn't happy with the final result but I'll probably try another at some other time.

"great looking"
this cigars appearance was perfect, nearly veinless, great color, and sheen. the wrapper has a really nice sweet taste, but is not quite as good as acid ones i've had in the past. the burn as uneven and the flavor was a little flat, all and all enjoyable however, great with coffee, and along with Roam my favorite Acid.

"A great one from Acid"
Get the pun? Great one? HAHHAHAHA! Anyway, this was a very nice cigar, and although it is billed as a non-infused cigar it still has a bit of the standard Acid sweetness. I found an excellent and complex selection of flavors through the smooth burn, with consistent toastiness and variably cocoa, earthiness and cedar. A bit expensive, but a very good cigar.

this is without a doubt the highlight of the acid series. it's appearance is perfect and the taste is distinct like all acid cigars but not so much so as to be overpowering to a traditional cigar smoker. highly recommend!

"Not very good...."
This cigar had a very nice tasting wrapper and a pretty good smell. The first third of it was pretty good, but the rest was pretty gross. The nice smell died down and the smoke was very hot and I thought it had a pretty bad taste. Left me feeling kind of gross....
