"I don't see the hype"
Good cigar but for me flavour is everything and it had an average flavour and NOT worth the price. Where I live I do pay more than some other folks. The ash just feel off after less than an inch. Well constructed, burn wasn't perfect but not to bad. You can buy better for less than $12 a stick. The appearance is so so. It's alright over-all but I will think twice before I buy another.

"Ugh..."
I had high hopes for this one after really enjoying the Exclusivos a while back. This stick had a lot of sweet licorice flavor, but also tasted as if it had been left sitting in a small-engine repair shop for a week or two. The flavor was ruined by the ever-present taste of gasoline. I was highly disappointed.

"My First Cuban"
Despite its funky looks this is a great cigar that's as fun to smoke as it is to look at. Mild from start to finish this is one that you'll take to the nub every time. Like most small puros it gets a little hot toward the end but remains tasty.

"One of the finest"
This was my first experience with Cuaba and I came away highly impressed. The cigar presents a beautifully dark smooth wrapper. Easy to cut and light, the cigar delivers an even burn. The flavor is very complex and changes often during the smoke. Very creamy, yet medium to full bodied. There is a strong nutty flavor with hints of coffee. Excellent cigar and excellent value.

"Strong"
I felt this smoke was a little harsh. I tasted conisistantly hot and peppery when i would look for a smooth spice. It was a late 05 box so im going to let them rest and hope for more personality out of the next somke.

"Perfecto"
Great light and burn on this little figurado. It started off a little woody then moved on to licorice and spice. The aroma was extremely pleasant and really added to the experience. This is very nice to smoke with a light supper. Medium in strength.

"Nice little smoke"
These cigars are the same price as Partagas shorts, one of my favorite small smokes. They have a slightly stronger flavor, burn well, have a nice firm ash, draw is generally good. These favoritos are 4.7 x 41, good for a slow 45 minute smoke. I like the flavor, typical habano, the shape is cute, a nice change of pace.

"Gigantic cigar in a little package"
I was unaware of the Cuaba until a buddy of mine gave me one of these. Smoked it on a Saturaday afternoon in the back yard. generous smooth smoke full of flavor if there is a short fall it was it goes quickly and was hot towards the end.

"Little Sweetie"
Just got a box from Nov98, a good little sweetie. Started medium full and finished great, good burn and construction. Left a great sweet taste on my lips and palate.

A cigar recommended on the request for a smoke with the greatest value to dollar spent ratio. Not cheapest best cigar. I savoured every draw of an evolving leathery cocoa sweet fragant silky smoothness!
