"Mediocre"
I received this ciagr in a premium sampler along with a 64 Padron, Artutro Fuentes Hemmingway, among others. This cigar was poorly constructed, had an uneven burn, and smoked way too hot for my liking. The flavor was pedestrian and overall, it was a mediocre smoke at best.

"Very nice cigar..."
That being said, there is no way in hell this thing is worth twenty bucks. Luckily, I stopped in a B&M where they had Graycliffs half off (for whatever reason, I have no idea). The construction was perfect and the draw was just right, with a completely even burn the whole way through. ASHMAN had it pretty much right, although I only got the cedar and soap part with just a hint of metal. i didn't get much pepper on this end. I thought that this was a great cigar with a smooth body that had a nice flavor the whole way through, which I feared might turn charry/ashy at the end but did not. It also had a short finish which I like as I am not a fan of tasting a cigar that I had six hours ago. At the price that I paid, it can't be beat. At retail, it certainly can, so I will rate value on the retail side. If you can find one, you may as well try it. Life's short, take a chance.

"Whats the hype?"
First, I buy expen$ive cigars - Padron, La Aurora's etc... This is a rip-off. Olivas are a similiar tasting cigar for a third of the price, and are much better cigar overall anyway. These have decent consistant flavor, decent construct, looks - but you ain't payin' for decent. I got as part of a 5 pack of PG robustos - hope the other Graycliffs are better...

"overrated"
I wanted to see if these cigars warranted the high sticker price. I picked this stick up in a top-tier combo, because I didn't want to shell out the $15 a stick for the 5 pack. Needless to say, I was sorely disappointed. The wrapper was flawless, but the draw was too tight (borderline plugged) even though I let this cigar rest for a month in my humidor. The flavor was lackluster; I've smoked cheaper cigars that have better flavor. It was smooth, but one-dimensional and forgetable.

"Easy"
Easy draw, perfect burn, pepper and cedar with a hint of soap and metal. It would need to bring you to orgasm to be worth $16. It didn't so I rate it very low in value but high in all other categories.

"not a value"
I too bought mine in nassau at the factory. If your in nassau its definitely worth going to see. The cigars are really expensive. I've smoked 3 so far, and I have to say i'm not really impressed. They look beautiful, and draw with ease. I've had burn problems on 2 of the three. They are pretty straight forward medium, with a woodsy finish. I will not be buying anymore unless I go back to nassau, because being in the factory, and seeing the rollers is really a unique experience. There are a lot of much better cigars for half the price. They're worth trying.

"Straightforward smoke"
This stick was a straightforward smoke. It had great construction and a lovely appearance, with the foot lit and a very even burn, the smoke was big. The notes were of some metal and light wood, with a little spice. A must try smoke.

"great smoke"
After a scary walk through Nassau, my wife and I came to Graycliff Hotel. We were welcomed with openned arms and enjoyed seeing the rollers making beautiful cigars. We bought some PG robustos and I gotta say, these were some of the best smokes I've ever had, and I've had prehaps too many over my many years. The price is quite high, but treat yourself and you will not be disappointed.
